Beginners’ Yoga Courses
Our Beginners’ Yoga Courses provide a systematic introduction to the theory and practice of Yoga to those who are new to Yoga or for anyone looking to renew their practice. Students are guided step-by-step on developing strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.
* Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class.
* Do not eat two to three hours before class.
* Wear loose comfortable clothing.
